I made this story-game puzzle for my friend Juliet, on her ninth birthday.

- Ken Perlin

There is a legend, very old
Of a far off World of sea and gold
One day did Ken to Juliet give
This World where all the raindrops live

She thought the drops looked very smart
"But why are they so far apart?
They seem forlorn and all alone,
with each poor droplet on its own."

"It's time," decreed fair Juliet
"That all my lovely raindrops met!"
Now, when she brings them close she finds
They make new drops of different kinds.

And so the raindrops spend all day
Playing games that raindrops play
To fill their world with joy and laughter
(Of course they lived happily ever after)
